Caregivers know their teenagers better than anyone. If you are a caregiver and you begin to notice changes in your teenager's behavior or mood over a period of time, it could be a warning sign that your teenager is having difficulty in some area(s) of his or her life. It is important to know and understand the warning signs for depression, anxiety or other mental health issues.
